We are seeking an attorney with approximately 1-4 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or other transactional practices. Ideal candidates will have a law firm background, strong academics, and attention to detail. Admission to the Texas Bar is required for someone who will be retooling practices. The firm is open to considering out-of-state candidates with 5+ years of experience who can waive-in to the Texas Bar if they have more on-point finance practice experience.
